1.Main beam H-steel tightly secured to the building floor for the main support for the device structure. To match oblique beams and the load lever to strengthen the bonding strength of the screw. Non-essential to avoid and to fix the building wall solid sound.
2.Chassis marginal beam using 4.0t-Z type steel to match and blot lock with 2tX60H galvanized corrugated board...etc. Reinforcement from 12t steel. Each chassis have made from 12 YOLI rubber wheels material, generated in order to reduce the noise when the chassis shift.
3.Driving system:
A.Main freight elevators use hydraulic vat (ψ160) to match RS120-2 line up chain. 15M speed run up and down per minute.
B.Horizontal move system uses motor-type (2HPx4P) to match RS80 chains and vertical wheel. 20M speed run left and right per minute.
C.Vertical move system uses motor-type (1HPx4P) to match friction wheel. 35M speed run vertical per minute. |
